Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, all UV Printed Items have a 3-4 working day dispatch, all acrylic items and UVDTF Prints are 1-2 working days

We have a daily courier collection Monday-Friday

All items are posted by Royal Mail Tracked service (Highlands, Islands & Ireland will take an extra day to arrive)

All orders placed after 10am Friday will be sent Monday

All order will receive tracking information

 

All orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive once it has been dispatched. If you have not received your item after the 7 working days please contact us at sales@mackiedirect.co.uk with your order number and we will look into this further

Should the tracking show that your order has not arrived after 7 working days we will put a claim in with the courier and replace or refund your order
